  • PERSONAL CARE - assistance with bathing, toilet, oral hygiene, ambulation, exercise,
    skin care, dressing, grooming and other related tasks.

  • ENVIRONMENTAL CARE - by maintaining cleanliness and safety in the home
    including client's laundry, changing linen, washing dishes, cleaning client's room,
    kitchen and bathroom. Caring for pets, too.

  • HOURS OF SERVICE - 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.  For example: Mornings,
    Midday, Evenings, Nights, Live-in, Live-out, Sleep-over, Weekends, & Holidays.

  • NUTRITIONAL CARE - preparing and serving client's meals based upon preferences
    and prescribed dietary regimen seeing to adequate nutrition; assists with eating.

  • MEDICATION CARE - supervising the self-adminstration of medications, takes and
    records temperatures, pulse and respiration; changes non sterile dressings and
    performs simple treatments per Nursing Supervisor's instructions.

  • ERRANDS & SHOPPING - medical, household supplies and general shopping needs.

  • SERVICES CARE - arranges for other personal services as directed by the patient,
    family, physician and/or Nursing Supervisor.

  • TRANSPORTATION CARE - takes patient to medical, dental, or recreational
    appointments.

  • CONFIDENTIAL CARE - insures the dignity and self respect of the patient and family,
    keeping personal matters confidential.

  • SOCIAL CARE - provides social interaction and companionship for the patient.
